USA Did A Feature On Work At Home Moms

Back in
2005, USA
did a feature on work at home moms. They defined them as moms who stay home and
take care of the children while earning an income. They mentioned some popular
businesses that have available work for moms who wish to stay home and make a
living. One work at home mom talked about working in pajamas and having to have
the ability to manage your time wisely. The article referred to this phenomenal
woman as a WAHM or mompreneur. They are moms who work for call centers, private
businesses, newspapers and magazines as well as for webmasters who look for
freelance writers.

 Many moms
expressed their ability to schedule their own hours, be home when the kids are
home as well as manage the household chores. Why has this all become possible?
Because of the Internet and the technology, more and more moms and dads are
able to work at home doing just about any type of work. Outsourcing is another
reason this is possible. Companies no longer have to hire employees and pay
benefits, they can outsource the work to work at home moms, who get the job
done and love it.

 The
article (http://www.usatoday.com/money/jobcenter/2005-07-19-call-center-moms-usat_x.htm)
was very informative and gave a good insight to work at home moms. It did talk
about the strange articles that work at home moms work, but it was a very
appealing article about work at home moms. The article might be a few years
old, but it does define moms who work from home and why they prefer this type
of work rather than a job away from home.

Two Tools That Help Work At Home Moms Who Write

If you
are a work at home mom who is a freelance writer, you might appreciate a little
help in finding some tools that help you with a writing career. Two products
will help everyone are the Fly Fusion Pentop and the Read Please Proofreader. Both
of these products make things easier for the work at home moms who write.

The Read
Please Proofreader (http://www.readplease.com)
is an amazing software program that is free to use for thirty days before you
have to buy it. After the free trial period, the cost is affordable for a
fantastic program. The idea behind the reader is that it reads your article
word for word while a curser moves to every word. This will help you check your
work more efficiently for mistakes. I use this amazing program for every article.
I now have confidence that all my articles are checked properly.

The other
tool for work at home moms is the Fly Fusion Pentop (http://www.flyworld.com).
If you are tired of being tied to a desktop or laptop computer, you can use the
Fusion Pen to write your words on a special Fusion paper and transfer the words
to your computer by way of the USB port into a word document. Now this amazing
little gadget frees you from the computer. Go anywhere you want and when the
words come to you, write them down so you do not lose the thought.

Sit on
the couch with the kids, watch TV and use your Fly Fusion Pentop to write your
article. After the article is done, just transfer it your computer on your own
time. This pen works great for work at home moms who write as well as children
in school and business executives. It is a little pricy, but well worth it if
it gets you away from the computer for whatever reason.
